Need to package up a site and send it to a client

I am running few sites on my wp 3.5 network, these sites are only run for a small amount of time after which I need to package them up and send them off to different clients for them to manage.

Is there a clean way to do this? I’ve looked for a backup plugin, but the only plugin’s that I can find package up the whole network. This option will not work for me since I need to send the specific sites to different people for them to manage.
