Urgent: Some items don't work, please help

I installed and tried ATBar. But some items don’t work, can someone help?
(1) The line spacing works, but the text size tool doesn’t. Is there a way to make it work?
(2) I tried the convert text to audio. It took sometime for the conversion to take place. But afterwards, nothing played when I clicked Play. Can someone help with that as well?
(3) Is there a way to only show the tools I need on the bar, and not all the tools? This is not as important as making the other items work, but will help.
I have tried asking in different ways, but with no answers. I need to use an accessibility tool asap, can someone please help? Or suggest another tool?
