Building Fields hangs after 1.4 upgrade

    After upgrade of WP to 3.5 and upgrading the plugin to 1.4, I notice I can’t build form fields at all. I copied the default form, went to the fields tab and it just hangs there.

    This is my first form so I don’t have a link to share.

    Any update steps I missed?
    Is there a plugin conflicts list I should look up?
