SQL file for instalattion

    Aloha,

    I make new WP installations quite often, so I want to change the default settings.

    I guess the best way to do this is to change the SQL file used when installing WP.

    Only problem is that I can’t find such a file… where is the SQL script used when installing WP?

    its not a sql file, but take a look at wp-admin/install-helper.php

    actaully all you need for mysql is:
    database name
    username (full control of database used by wordpress)
    password

    Thanks for your reply, but I want to change the default posts, categories and users, etc.

    Nothing about that in the install-helper.php file 🙁
