Issues having forms publishing correctly on live version

    I am trying to use a registration form in one of my WP websites but I am having issues getting it to publish correctly:

    In the Visual Editor it looks fine but it is published the labels/text areas are backwards.

    Ie Rather than
    NAME: [Space to fill out]
    PHONE:[Space to fill out]

    It is publishing as:

    [Space to fill out] NAME:
    [Space to fill out] PHONE:

    This is happening with both raw HTML and using the WP Plugins. Is a step I have missed or an easy work around for this frustrating issue?
