    That’s *really* strange. Is the only difference between those two views the presence or absence of events? There’s nothing in any of the styles that is variable on the basis of events, other than a generic style “has-events” that shows up on the table cell if there are events on that date; but it wouldn’t have any effect on the jump box.

    That’s the only difference from what I can tell. Happens in both Firefox and Chrome. There’s a chance I could have modified the width in CSS a while back, but I thought that was only for the mini calendar widget. I’ll have to compare the original CSS and roll it back if necessary to see if that works, that is, if you have no idea.

    Really none. I just can’t even think of a reason that any part of the event context would effect the general calendar container CSS. These screenshots are from the same site, same page, etc., just one with the event shown and the other with the event removed?
