still can't have the whole post showing on front page

hey guys i ve been having difficulty to find the excerpt part because all i can find is ‘content’. as if there are no excerpt or i’m just searching at the wrong place.
IT changed really sudden when i changed the backround pic in simple catch theme and from full post it only shows an excerpt…I tried to change the backround pic again to see if that caused it, but no. i ve tried to find it but i cant… please help!!!
