Plug-in

Hi, I am new to wordpress and have researched the question I have for hours. I am trying to build a website to ask questions and only have the questions answered. It would pertain to a page and not a post. The questions I would ask are more for insurance purposes. For ex: year, make, model of vehicle, how many drivers, etc. I have looked thru the feedback plugins, and question/answer plugins, none of them are what I am looking for. I did stubble upon one, but at this time I can not invest the money. With so many plugins I feel as though I may be missing something. Your guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
