Getting Image into a header. PLEASE HELP ME!

Hi guys,

I’ve been trying for hours to get this to look how I want it to, and failed miserably.

I’m just wondering if any of you could take a quick look and see where i’m going wrong.

I want to get the ‘LiveChat’ button on the left hand side of my header to fit neatly just above the navigation menu, which also needs moving down.
