How to display Feature Image with Post previews

I have set a feature image for this post: http://www.highondesign.co.uk/10-creative-cv-examples-that-strike-the-perfect-balance/ , however on the category page that lists all the posts (with a small text preview), the featured image doesn’t show up?

Do I have to edit any other code to enable this featured image to appear?

Would really appreciate any help!
