What is the best BACKUP plugin for WP to avoid CPU overload?

    I would like to install a plugin that creates a full backup of my WP installation (database and files).
    Every time I tried to do it the backup did not complete and the server seemed to get very high CPU loads and slow down.
    Can you recommend a great BACKUP plugin that works really well with large databases and installations of WordPress?
