I just tried installing the Captcha Pluging cryptographp and it will not activate. It comes up with a fatal error.
I put in the code that it says is required in the comments.php under my theme. Still same problem.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

In general, a plugin is activated via admin panel.
Did you do it?
To use cryptographp you need to activate it and also insert the code snippet into the comments.php, the latter is what you've done.
