   I have only 2 options in terms of email, but keep getting
   “Sorry, that user does not seem to exist in our database. Perhaps you have the wrong username or e-mail address? Try again.”

   Any suggestion?

   Try this if you're sure what your admin name is *g*... and make sure to follow instruction #5 ;).

   i am able to access all my files from my server, will it be saved someplace there?

   *g* = *grin*
   The instructions on the page I linked are quite idiot-proof (and say where you have to put the .php), if you follow them to the letter, so all you need is ftp-access.
