Page order and position of menu

    Hi

    I wish to set the menu/page order in iPad mode, to the same order as on my desktop. (as set in appearance Menu)
    I have already set the WPtouch plugin to follow the wordpress settings but obviously, the Alphabetical order or Page ID order do not change this.

    Also is it possible to move the menu button to the left?
    For usability sakes this would be a much better idea.
