My Theme Can't Be Switched To Other Theme

    I just installed WordPress and used the theme Suffusion 4.4.4 added my first post. I want to checked other themes so I tried to switch to TWENTY TWENTY then clicked the view site. It did not changed my theme! If I refreshed it, it showed the same theme SUFFUSION but in my WordPress dashboard under “themes” it says TWENTY TWENTY. in other words it did not changed my theme. What went wrong? I would appreciate your help.
