Yes I am…would it be pretty difficult to incorporate that?
Also, I use cubepoints and I see that your plugin has some of that built into it..how would I add the ability to add x amount of points for a user successfully uploading a picture?

Not difficult, but much work. Do you want to know WHO complains or is anonymous enough?

Anonymous is enough just after x reports I get notified so I can review and possibly remove such image
