Database Error when activating Code Snippets

    I installed Code Snippets successfully on one site, but on the second see this error at the top of the page:

    WordPress database error: [Table 'blog_WP.pvgr_snippets' doesn't exist]
SELECT code FROM pvgr_snippets WHERE active=1;

    Does anyone have any advice on how I should handle this?

    This is a known error with the current version of Code Snippets. It will be fixed in the next version.

    You can remove the error by visiting one of the admin pages created by this plugin.
