Installation of Press This

I am pretty overwhelmed, but working hard to keep my head above water and enjoy learning new things. But, I am struggling with this. I cannot install Press This and I am unable to detect why. Every place just reads that it is so easy. I have made sure I have java script, what else could it could? My site is http:/www. adhdadultchildhelp.com/wp-admin
I am using Explorer XP on my computer. My site is self hosted. And was just set up by Bob and Jon.
