Remove name field from subscription form

    Hello,

    Is it possible to remove the name field from subscription form? Or at least make it not required so I could hide it with css?

    If yes, maybe its also possible to hide name column in subscribers list table? That could be implemented with wp screen options. But it’s not so important as first issue.
