Prevent profile name from being attached to post

    I will appreciate any information on how to prevent posts by WordPress Admin or name attached to the profile from being attached to the post.

    For instance, my profile name is Webadmin so any post I put up gets that name attached to it. Typical example, January, 1st, Webadministrator with the avatar beside it.

    You would need to amend your theme’s template files – possibly via child theme

    Esmi, that is too scary. Is that the only way out?
    Thanks again. I just want to be able to attach the names of authors or contributers to their post or articles rather than default admin etc. that happens when I do the post.

    Create guest accounts, login to those accounts and post via them.
