Fly out menus not working in 3.5

    Fly out menus are not working in dashboard.

    I have ALL plugins disabled, ALL Chrome extensions disabled, and I even reset the plugins folder. Also switched to TwentyTwelve

    Error remains

    Since it did not help, I re-activated my plugins. Let me know if you need me to disable them again.

    It seems anything javascript related doesn’t work on this site and the formatting buttons on the post screen are gone.

    Weirdly, I have other WP installs on the same server with the same version (3.5) installed with plugins active and I don’t have these problems.

    Okay I decided to reinstall WP 3.5 via the dashboard and that did NOT work.

    However, deleting the wp-admin and wp-includes directories and uploading fresh copies of the files WORKED!

    @jme: Thanks for this tip! Deleted the two above directories and re-uploaded them both. Think it was wp-admin that made the difference, now the menus fly out again. Thanks!

    I have the same problem on one of my websites, howecer I don’t know how to upload fresh copies of the files.

    HI,

    I tried deactivating all plugins, then, activate then one per one, and YES I found it. It was a single plugin giving the problem. So I inform to the website of the plugin to fix it.

    Now all is working again.
