[woocommerce] Way to many variations to do all by hand

So im trying to set up a way to sell custom computers. but the only problem is the more custom the computer gets the more variations i have to add. Right now if I did it all by hand there would be over 1k variations. Is there a way I can give a value to each item so when its selected it changes the price with variables instead of variations? if not is there another plugin I can use to do that?
