    easy answer – you can’t.

    long hard answer – it may be possible, but it depends on what merchant gateway you use, what shipping options you have, and if tax is in use or not.

    Actually i do not use any type of tax or other options
    im offering cash on delivery
    and select the (Accept cash payments) on merchant gateway

    Take a look at:

    you’ll need to remove values from there to ensure hidden fields are not mandatory – I suggest echoing out the values to know what needs removing.

    then you should be able to hide them via CSS.

    can u please explain little bit more by some steps

    you mean to edit the plugin file that located in plugin folder.
    eshop/checkout.php
    or ………..?

    You would need to know PHP and CSS, and that sort of help is beyond ‘free’ support.
