   Without any reason I can't access my admin panel because when I browse http://www.gruppoidvregionelombardia.it/wp-admin/

   Check your server logs. Most likely that will point you in the right direction.

   Which is all fine and dandy for those whose sites automagically started doing this -- what about a fresh install? I have this problem right off the bat...

   I had the same issue. I had an old version of K2. Changed the theme and now it works fine.
