    hello , I’m looking for a WP pluggin to make a similar thing of vapeporn.com
    – User Picture submission (with title, description)
    – User have to be logged or can stay anonymus
    – Possibility to rate and comment de picture
    – 1 post by submission of 1 picture
    – picture auto resizing (optional)

    it looks easy but I don’t found nothing :-/
