Send Custom Field Email

    Hello, sorry for my english.
    Use the Contact Form 7 plugin on a site with some audio files.
    I would offer a form where people could send a specific audio file to your email.
    I need to know how to create a form in Contact Form 7 plugin that captures the audio file located inside the custom field of a post. For it is within this custom field which is located the audio file.
    I installed the “Contact Form 7 addon custom field” but it still fails.
    Could anyone help me?
