Canyon Theme – Remove Page Titles

I did a lot of research and found material on removing page titles but none that worked for me. A lot of the posted material reference the page.php and to look to remove “thetitle” however my page.php doesn’t even have the word. Can some PLEASE help me so that I can remove page titles from the Canyon child theme I created.

Also – I download the Hide Title plugin and that kind of works but doesn’t remove the page title for my main page and I have a form built in a page and it shows the header for a second then removes it??
