Default "Browser Uploader" Progress Bar – Enhancement Request

Hello,

This is a simple request for usability:

Is it possible to integrate a “Progress Bar” for the fallback “Browser-Uploader” in the Media Library?
• The reason it would be beneficial is when someone with a slow connection uploads an image…it just sits there. To the trained eye you would notice the loading in the browser tab, but the people I work with just quite aren’t at that level.

I have search and read for some time now and here are the closest I’ve got to explaining the “Browser-Uploader”, but I don’t know quite exactly where to post for help.
