• Hi once again. Making progress. Appreciate your patience. New ms install working with Jetpack at network/primary site. Note: NO WWW!.Create a subdomain and it worked fine before I networked activated JP. Then, I tried to get into subdomain (in order to activate JP for that subdomain) and got:

“This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at http://www.brilliantbubbles.com/?loggedout=true/wp-admin/install.php has resulted in too many redirects. “

    Please advise. Thanks,
    Ray

Just a little more info. The site cannot be visited (yeah you guessed it — redirect loop).

I am running 2012 theme with all plugins deactivated. I can get into the edit site screen for my primary site and the 2 subdomains I created.

Notice that the Brilliant Bubbles in the My Sites screen does not have www, but it does in the Edit Site screens. I don’t know if that’s the problem, but if I take out the www and save it, the siteurl path gets screwed up on the settings page for that subdomain.

    My Sites
    Primary Site

    Brilliant Bubbles <—

    Visit | Dashboard

    The Persian Version

    The Bubblehead Game

    Visit | Dashboard

    Edit Site: http://www.brilliantbubbles.com/ <—-

    Domain http://www.brilliantbubbles.com
    Path /

    Edit Site: http://www.brilliantbubbles.com/persianversion/
    InfoUsersThemesSettings

    Domain http://
    Path
Update siteurl and home as well.

I hope I have not confused you. Thanks for your help!
    Ray
