E-mail verification

Hello,

I am looking for a plugin or a code to generate a e-mail verification.
Follow the process that I want to implemet in my web-site:

1°/ The users fill a form. This form is to create a post. The user fill his address mail, firstname, post title, description….

2°/ To avoid fake e-mail, I want to send an e-mail with a verification link inside.

3°/ When the user will click in the link inside the e-mail, the users will be validated and the status post will change to published.

Does anyone have an idea?
