I was browsing through my list of referral links and this happened to be in the list http://www.milw0rm.com/exploits/4039 Can anyone tell me what this link represents and if I am in some form of trouble or at risk of being attacked?

not sure why you're seeing that url but that's one of the recent hacks. make sure you're upgtraded to 2.2.1 as per teh sticky.

I upgraded as soon as it was released, so I should be in good shape right? Do you think that someone tried to use an exploit on my WordPress installation via that site?

of course it was, and I mean that in a non-sarcastic way.
I see exploit attempts constantly in my logs, 100's of them a week in fact.
