Site w/ games database sorted by console

I am looking to make a site that will allow users to easily add games to their played, beat, want to play list associated with their user id.

It’s super simple. Just like backloggery, but with a database of games and a little “+” sign that will add to one of those 3 categories.

I also would like if users could add their own games not on the list.
