Magic Affiliates plugin not tracking sales

    Hi guys,

    I purchased Magic Affiliates to complement with Magic Members for my membership site.

    Magic affiliates is supposed to work smoothly with magic members in tracking affiliate sales. But that is not what’s happening.

    The clicks on the affiliate links are being tracked & recorded properly but the sales are not. I have already contacted the plugin developer’s support but they are very poor at this.

    I even requested for a refund and they did not issue it, they don’t even reply to my emails anymore. So I thought I’d ask here, maybe some people here have had this same issue and was able to resolve it?

    Please share your solution guys..

    I’m having the same problem. No responses whatsoever. Support seems to be non-existent which is not a good sign. Although mine is set up to work with Woocommerce. Good luck and I hope we both hear something soon, but I have my doubts…

    This plugin is garbage, and the company does not communicate during their listed business hours. They claim to be in the U.S., but they are in fact in Turkey. They were of little help in issues we had when we were trying to get this plugin set up through their online ticketing support system, and after a time of opening ticket after ticket for different issues, THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO US ALTOGETHER.

    We’ve demanded our money back and have started a campaign to blast them with as much bad press as we can give them, in order to get the top searches in Google links to websites with information on just how bad these guys are. If you check out most of the ‘review’ sites of this plugin and dive a little deep, you’ll realize they are bogus sites, likely created by the Magic Affiliate team to boost their reputation.

    We aim to reverse that. Help us take them down. Companies with unethical business practices like theirs need to be destroyed.
