   probably because of some error in the plugin.
   what error, is hard to see without some more information
   ? plugin name, version etc

   Are you trying to activate the widget plugin? It is not needed anymore. The widget code is already build into wordpress from version 2.2

   I got same error trying to activate WPG2 plug in. Is there any log file I can check for details ?
