in_category() for taxonomy category not working

    Dear friend
    Please help me to code different single.php for taxonomy category
    I have register Cruises Taxonomy Name with two category :
    Halong-bay-cruise (id=50), Mekong-Delta-Cruises (id=53)
    I did code in Single.php

    if (in_category(’50’)) {(include .’/single-mekong.php’);}
    else …..

    But it not working.
    Please help me.
