   Hi all,

   I wish to downgrade my WordPress installation from 2.2 to 2.1.3

   But I installed with Fantastico, and the reason was the conveniance and speed that Fantastico provided.

   But Fantastico now does not have the option to downgrade...

   The only installation possible in Fantastico right now, is WordPress 2.2

   Is it possible and how?

   Do you have a backup of your 2.1.3 database? If not, downgrade isn't possible.

   Thanks Micheal, I didnt know that I needed a database. Since mine is a fresh install, guess it's not possible then..

   bliss, if you dont have many posts.. or none. simply start over.

   delete the files.
   save the wp-config.php

   edit the wp-config.php to use another prefix.

   and install 2.0.10

   do NOT use 2.1.3, its not secure, and its known publicly that its not. There are 2 branches to wordpress: 2.0.x and 2.2.x

   grab the 2.0.10 without the r/c attached:
