    Check your own forum. While you’re at it, note that your own support guy – Ed? – advised me to look elsewhere. I did, with excellent results, but neglected to thank Ed.

    I am unsure of who you are referring to as we have no one on our team by the name or Ed and looking at the forum it was you that said look elsewhere. We wanted to get an idea of what problems you where having so that we could handle them for you.
