You can put a piece of HTML in the new photo description (Table IX-B4) with a specified font etc to fill in the price.
In version 4.9.0 you can re-apply this description on the photos in existing albums.

I am aware that the description allows the HTML tags so that i can put the meta tags in the description.
But I want the meta tags to be separated from the description Hence I want the 3 input for Meta Title, Meta Description & Meta Keywords.

Could you please explain a little more what you are doing? If it is a brilliant idea you have, we might embed it into standard wppa+. But i am afraid you are inventing something that is already ( partially ) there.
Did you examine the effects of the settings in Table IX-A9,10?
