    Forgot to mention, ususally when using the code necessary for contact forms to work, say the Dagon Design Secure Form Mailer, you'll want to turn off the Visual Editor via Administration > Profile > Your Profile then when you create your Page for the contact form you just put
    <!-- ddfm1 --> in the Page Content.

    But you don't need to struggle with that form - there are several WP contact plugins that work great with WP.
    Why don't you use one of those?
    MichaelH linked to several of them - did you try any?
    I'd would also recommend this (linked to by MichaelH, too)

    Probably because you are copy/pasting the code into the wysiwyg (visual) editor. Don't!

    Just forget that code of yours, go and download the plugin I linked to, read the very simple instructions and use it.

    And don't be surprized if nobody wants to help you if you behave like this.

    The easy way is to use a contact form plugin. You were given that advice with links 2 [two] days ago. That's all we can do: provide the links to the requested resources.
    Now grow up and learn how to listen to the advice you receive.

    Learn some manners. Nobody here is at your beck and call. And stay off my web site and MY contact form, I know your IP (24.175.114.15). I'll ban it if you like.

    Just another note, it looks like you are using the 1&1 blogging tool which is a stripped down copy of an older version of WordPress, I believe.

    So don't know what you are allowed in the way of plugins, or themes, for that matter.

    ok i went to that link you gave me, Managing_Plugins, but when i go to my site (admin) under plugins, theres no plugin editor like i saw on the sample page, so how do i put them in or upgrade wordpress? this is what i see under my plugin;

    Here's some instructins on installing a plugin.
    1. Read through the "readme" file thoroughly that usually accompanies a plugin, or the website article from where you found the plugin. It is often helpful to print out the instructions so you can check off the installation steps as you complete them.
    2. Upload the plugin to the wp-content/plugins folder in your WordPress directory online. You will need an FTP program such as Filezilla to do this.
    3. Make any changes to templates or files as required by the Plugin instructions including adding Plugin template tags.
    4. Activate the Plugin:
    a. Access the Plugin Panel in your Admin Panel
    b. Scroll down through the list of Plugins to find the newly installed Plugin (if not visible, start from the beginning to check to see if you followed the instructions properly and uploaded the file correctly).
    c. Click on the Activate link to turn the Plugin on.
    5. Continue making any modifications necessary from the "readme" file instructions to make the plugin's actions meet your needs.

    ok if i go to this site http://www.laptoptips.ca/projects/simple-wp-contact-form-plugin/

    it's just a smple paste and copy, but i dont have a plugin editor like they show in the sample! so i cant get past step 3: Upload the scf2-contact-form folder to the plugins directory and activate the plugin.

    this is what i have been asking since day one , how to do! you cant upload if theres nothing to upload to! so how do i upload it, this is what i see on my page at plugins;

    Okay, you don't need a plugin editor to install a plugin. Also as earlier pointed out, you are using 1&1 blogging tool that is not a complete WordPress if I understand it correctly.
