How to Modify/Authorization Widget?

    HI!
    Please help me in solving these::–

    1) I have installed article directory theme (www.qsarticle.com). If you visit the site, you can see “Authorization” in side bar. How to remove that???

    2) I want to change the Text from “Authorization” to “Become Editor”..?

    Hope someone here can help me out. Thanks
