problem with importing

    Hello, I’m trying to import many ads at once.
    I managed to eliminate all errors when I import, but when I do the action itself , the screen doesn’t’ load anything.

    It looks like it finished loading but no result, just the WP frame but page is empty. Checking the listing afterwards shows that there are still none.

    What can I do? or How can check what the problem is?

    Hi Shlomo,

    Can you tell me a bit about the import file?
    Is it a large import?
    How many records?
    Do they all have images?
    Are the images also large?

    Sometimes PHP will time out on large CSV imports because of the file sizes involved. You might try cutting down the imports a bit into smaller chunks and see if that helps.

    Hey,
    No there are no images at the file, just plain text. So, I didnt’ add any zip file as well.

    It’s also not so many listings, 15 listings must…

    So, I’m not really sure even to test what’s wrong….
