Redirect doesnt work in mobile device browser

Hi,

I’m using Redirection for my website http://sg.propertylaunchnetwork.com.

I have questions for you:

I’ve edited the following url from wordpress without adding any new post or page:
http://sg.propertylaunchnetwork.com/livingbythepark to http://sg.propertylaunchnetwork.com/livingbythepark-wakhassan

& I’ve setup a redirect for http://sg.propertylaunchnetwork.com/livingbythepark to http://sg.propertylaunchnetwork.com/livingbythepark-wakhassan

It works well when I browse the website from my laptop. However, when viewed through iPhone’s Safari, these 2 website seem to be on seperate posts. I did not create additional post for this.

how shall I resolve this issue?
