mesozoic-20 sidebar issue

i just downloaded and installed the mesozoic-20 and keeps showing error in line 54 of the sidebar.php. The current error code reads: <?php wp_list_bookmarks(‘categorize=0&before=

• &after=

&title_li=’); ?>

any suggestions on how to fix this? not exactly sure on this. thanks,
