Hide Displaying of errors on site

I have 2 problems with my wordpress site.

1. After installing PHP Speedy WP Plugin, there’s an error displayed at footer.

Error Shown – ‘Fatal error: Exception thrown without a stack frame in Unknown on line 0’

2. After the end of slideshow on homepage. A long code is displayed.
I have set only 4 slides to appear on hoomepage, but 5 are shown with the 5th one showing some codes.

How can I get both these errors from getting displayed on the site.
