• My hosting provider keeps suspending my account because they say that my WordPress installation is using excessive amounts of the servers resources.

The tech support guy at my hosting provider characterized the problem as “when google or another search engine hits your site, it is opening multiple threads and then not closing them”.

He suggested editing my Robots.txt file to eliminate the problem.

Other than that, he did not have any real suggestions on how to remedy this problem, but insists it is something within WordPress.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
