Unable to send mail from Windows Server

    I can’t get WordPress to send mail. I’m hosting on a windows server but don’t know much about the PHP Mail function.

    I’ve tried 2 different WP plugins that supposedly allow you to use an external SMTP server but I can’t get either to authenticate with the SMTP server.

    What am I doing wrong?
