I installed and reinstalled WP 2.2 several times
I could not restore db, I use a bilang english & persian blog
the post printed as ???????
I even tried from an emty db and tried to post something in persian
I played a bit with phpMyAdmin, now I don't how to config it should i choose latin1swedish_ci(match my pc keybord) or assci_generale I totally confused, anyway i tried both without any progres, could someone help me to overcome this?

Are you using Fantastico to install? If so try doing the install following the Installing WordPress directions instead.
