   Hello, this is my fisrt post in here.. :)...

   I've installed WordPress v2.2 on www.ircproject.info/blog but i've got a big problem, i haven't Full access on admin user. If I want to add another administrator I recive this message:

   You don't have permission to do that.

   Also, when i want to create a new category.. i recive the same message.

   What I need to do in this case?

   Thank's MichaelH, but is not working for me :( ...

   I've been created .htaccess but i still recive that message..
   You don't have permission to do that.
   ....
   what can I do ?... please

   I don't know what username you're using to try to post. If it's not the user called "admin", I'd log in as admin, then give your particular username admin privileges.

   Hope that makes sense.

   Well, my username is admin.
   Is the only user that I can see in USERS. I've been created .htaccess ... but is not working for me.

   In my .htaccess file i've got only this:

   <IfModule mod_security.c>
   SecFilterInheritance Off
   </IfModule>

   and .htaccess in in /wp-admin/ folder.
