  • This number is set according to your PHP upload_max_filesize and post_max_size configuration directives.

    Reconfigure them to increase the size of files you can upload.

    Install 7zip. Then right click on the file (windows only) and click “7zip->add to archive”. Then change the type to .gz

    and upload it. It’ll work perfectly, and you won’t violate the limit. Sometimes people can’t change the php.ini file, so this works too.
