Hmm, I really don’t know what could be the problem, because I’ve not modified the sorting order… it’s exactly the same as Nextgen Gallery.

Do you have some caching mechanism?

no cacheing, but when I manually reorder them in the gallery manager it does not reflect in the page. It appears sorted on the back end but not when you view the page

when I embed using [nggallery id=4] sorting works fine but not with [nggpowertags gallery=4 tagmenu_sep=” | “]

Give me a sec, I’ll double check it

    sardbaba,
I posted the following query on the nextgen forum with no response. Are this things you would consider adding to your offering?

(sorry if this is the wring way to approach you – I know no other)

    Peter

I appear to be suffering the same problem.

I have the following on my page:
    [nggpowertags gallery=1 tagmenu_sep=” | ” include=POV,Rifle,Pistol,Automatic,Shotgun]

My Gallery settings are ordered on Alt Title, Ascending

The page is displaying, however, in some random order.

    I am using version 1.6.1
